Project Snapshot

An 11-workspace pnpm/Turbo monorepo with a typed tRPC API end to end, shared UI/types, i18n, Docker, and CI. A one-command curl|bash installer clones it, renames the npm scope, strips demo apps, and re-inits git.

I reuse it to build real projects — Jain Parichay, my portfolio, and internal challenges all started from it.
